“Good Pre-Season Overnight”

Reviewed May 01, 2018

Overall Rating

Stopped overnight while heading North to Oregon. This is a funky little place that is showing signs of new life. There is a Creek flowing through the center of the campground. Seems like a combination of long timers and overnighters. The power and water worked fine and our site was perfectly level. It is still early in the season and downed wood was accumulated in a couple of sites and the pool was green ( but it is still way too cool/early to swim.

Northbound access was a little challenging as you had to take an exit past the park and doubleback on southbound I-5 to the next exit. We would stay here again if it wasn’t too hot in the summer.

“Good Overnight Stop”

Reviewed Feb 11, 2018

Overall Rating

We stopped here on our way to Seattle for an overnight recharge. Campground is under new ownership and he appears to be working hard to get the place back in good order. Everything worked except the cable. Water was good and had 50 amp power & dump. Our site was not real level, but there were others that looked pretty level. The $18/ night was with Passport America discount. I'll also add that the new owner was very friendly and willing to please us. Very easy on/off the freeway. There is some freeway noise, but that's the trade off for easy access!!
