A couple in separate cars and their kids showed up at 4 am and kept setting their car alarms off and walked around my car with headlamps. Then just the two adults went on a 15min hike and then came back to the kids in the car. No clue what they were doing but it was very annoying.

We stopped here for a night in a 29’ 5th wheel. There were 3 other campers in vans and about 4 cars. People were coming in and our all day for a hike in the mountain. We made the mistake of showing up on a Friday and a bunch of college kids had a noisy party that night. Other than that, the scenery and hikes are perfect.

As the previous reviewer stated, not a large area. We arrived about 2:30pm on a Wednesday. No one else was here and we needed the full area to maneuver for ease of leaving in the morning. There is enough room for another small RV or van, but had there been one here already, we would not have used this location. Common courtesy would prevent us from crowding someone in a space this size.
Make sure you have plenty of leveling blocks, but, otherwise an easy set up. There is road noise, but no large trucks with air brakes. Gorgeous views out every window. If we needed to be in this area for more than an overnight, it would be a great little place. Picked up a large kitchen garbage bag of trash and a top to a garbage can. Otherwise, not too bad.
Exploringatlast would stay here again

Noise from Dripping Springs Road.
The area is an oval with a fire ring. Several small rigs or one larger could occupy the area.
