What happens at Tortilla Campground after March 31st? Is it first-come-first-serve? Does the campground close? Review on Recreation.gov is inconclusive and Campendium doesn't say.

It closes, end of season.

We close on April 1 due to excessive heat. We close the campground every night a 8 p.m. Open at 7 a.m.
