“Hard To Back Into. Extremely Large Rocks. ”

Very private, sites very roomy, but extremely large rocks/boulders that outline your parking area. Trying to maneuver without hitting one was not fun. Plus then you have to set up camp around the rocks. Then, once we got out of our RV, we realized the grass wasn’t cut and we had many ticks around us. Had to run back home to get string trimmer.

Had great company and the volunteer/camp host was very nice. Had a great time despite the ticks.

There are separate units, one on the northwest shore (west unit) and the other on the northeast shore (east unit) provide campsites and boat launches for campers. The west unit’s boat launch was upgraded in 2009.
