Stayed for 1 month. Nice park. A few permanent rigs but the rest are moving anywhere feom daily to a few months. Right on the great Mississippi River! Free laundry! Over a hundred sites. Hookups are great and decent spacing between sites. Only 10 minutes from downtown Memphis. Highly recommend if looking for a spot. Never felt unsafe. ... more

The campground is well maintained. The sites are well spaced and fairly level. Sites 1 to 27 have the most shade. Sites 40 to 76 have less shade, and sites 90+ have no shade. The views of the river are great. The staff are friendly.

Booked two nights .. was visiting a friend in Memphis and having such a good time extended a third night .. white shell roads are a little dusty .. site are spaced a decent distance .. grass yard and a wooden table .. 20 minute drive to several area attractions .. would stay again

Came here solely for the experience of having a waterfront site on the Mississippi River - totally worth it. River traffic a plus! Amenities are minimal yet functional. We had our three grandchildren with us and they really enjoyed our site off the river and looking at the barges coming through. We let use their fishing poles at the lakes. The campers were really friendly also. We will definitely do an overnight with just me and the hubs.

We arrived about 6pm and called ahead. We were just doing a quick overnight so we stayed at site3 $33. We could easily walk to the river for a view. Cool views of the Mississippi and lots to explore. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Asked if we needed a picnic table (new area) and since we were just stopping over for the night we said no. Next thing you know they are pulling up the tractor with a table on it. For 37 bucks you can’t beat it.

Mix of concrete and gravel sites. Mix of tree covered and open sites. Different prices for being closer to the river. Being on the river there is frequent barge traffic. Yes, this is located outside of a sketchy part of town. Yes, the woman manager has communication issues and yes, she weirdly drives around with her dog and stops in front of campsites but she doesn’t bother you, I’m sure she’s just doing her job. Probably the worst campground I’ve ever seen. Bring everything with you because going into town is sketchy at best. It was nice to see the Mississippi River but the area just felt unsafe.
