Very few concrete pads. Those away from river.
No paper towels or hand dryer in bathroom by pool and playground.
No hot water for washing clothes in laundry room.
No dog stations with pail and bags.
No fenced dog play area
No trash cans in campsite except dumpsters on way out of campsite.

We paid $10 a night plus $5 a night for 50 amp with our RPI membership. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and the park is about 5 minutes from the free beaches of the gulf coast. There are a variety of sites here to choose from. Gravel/grass sites up front, pull through sites in the trees and the secluded loop in the back we stayed in. Not only is Biloxi about 20 minutes away, New Orleans is only an hour away on I-10.

There's mixed 30 and 50 amp sites with just okay water pressure and sewer at all the sites. Both Verizon and AT&T were fast and strong. Save for some target shooters across the river, the park is very quiet with little to no road noise. There's a small pool, a nice laundry, and a club house with rustic but clean showers. You can also fish in the bayou that runs through the park without a MS fishing license. Access is easy off I-10 and the park can accommodate larger RV's.

All in all, a centrally located park in a natural setting that is a great deal if you're a member of RPI or Coast to Coast.
