“Awesome community-like campground”

Reviewed Aug 23, 2018

Overall Rating

It’s easy enough to find, right off the hwy, although because of that, you can hear the hwy all day and night. We chose this one because of its easy access and closeness to Seattle and Snoqualmie.
As you pull in there’s a board with information on it. You’ll need to take an envelope and fill it out. Then you’ll drive around to find an empty site. Also, sites with an “R” on their post means they’re reserved. Nightly rate for us in a van the night before last (8/21/18) was $18. The campground goes in a circle then a road off of it all with campsites attached and all with a picnic table, fire ring, and space for tents. The campground and campsites were very clean and well kept. The sites are nicely spaced, very woodsy sites. Our campsite was clean other than a few tiny pieces of trash here and there I cleaned up. There are vault toilets and a dumpster. There is at least one trail I saw that goes into the forest. And one small trail going to the river that I saw. Folks were friendly.

“Beautiful and isolated forest sites. Really rough road and highway noise drawbacks.”

Reviewed Sep 06, 2016

Overall Rating

We stopped here for a night and enjoyed our woodland spot. The sites are spaced so that you have a lot of privacy and the back sites are along the river. Our 27' airstream fit nicely into the level and easy to get into spot. Downfalls are the horribly pot-holed road to get there (really shook up our airstream) and the constant road noise you get from the highway that runs between the mountains.
