“The Worst RV Park We Have EVER Stayed In”

Reviewed 8/11/2022

Nightly rate: $45
Days stayed: 4
Overall Rating

This has to be the worst RV park we have ever stayed in, hands down. First of all, the sites are extremely close together. This is a huge problem because there are many permanent residents there who obviously do not care what their sites look like. We were sandwiched in between several dilapidated RVs and a bus conversion that were completely run down. They had porches up to their rigs, so you know they had been there awhile. There was junk everywhere. The permanent resident next to us had three different vehicles squeezed into their space, and was constantly working on one of them. We barely had room to park our towed vehicle. Residents’ dogs were kenneled outside and barking. The dumpster was overflowing when we arrived. The office hours are 11am-3pm, but we never saw it staffed. Didn’t see an employee or camp host during our entire four night visit. Electrical was not great either. We kept tripping breakers whenever we ran our AC. Never had that problem anywhere else before or after. Our AC constantly shut off. When it was hot, we couldn’t leave the RV to sightsee because we couldn’t be sure our animals would be okay. Could not get out of there fast enough.

Their hours are posted on their website, but they were not open. They have two phone numbers posted, but nobody answered at either one. Their voicemail box was full so I could not leave a message. There were no posted instructions indicating where to leave money for a dump fee.

They have a lot of info on their website and I think they changed ownership as well as the park name recently. http://tillamookcoastrvpark.com/rates/
