Tievoli Hills Resort

We came during the off-season, mid-March, and almost had the place to ourselves. We had a very peaceful and secluded week, which we wanted. The grounds covered lots of space with a nice amount of space for each campsite. The amenities such as the pool and pond for fishing/boating would really add to the experience. I should have read the fine print about the $18/night fee, but since we stayed with our Coast-to-Coast membership, the rate still stayed reasonable. Just a short drive from the Mississippi River with a Lock Observatory in Clarksville and several stopping points for picnicking or just sitting between up Hwy 72 to Louisiana, Missouri. Louisiana has groceries and gas as well as some really interesting architecture along the downtown streets.
