Bad electrical infrastructure MUST be fixed. Popped breakers like this on hot days can also lead to dead dogs when you return from an afternoon outing. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

This is a Thousand Trails Park. It's not Disneyland, it's not Universal, it's not a fancy KOA that charges up to $200 a night in the Orlando area. If you understand that $75/night in Orlando isn't going to get you very much, then please feel free to enjoy your stay. There are plenty of really nice campgrounds a bit further away from Orlando for $75 a night.
This extremely flat, level campground is located near Wildwood, FL. The two miles into town is possible via bike because the four lane highway has decent sized bike lanes. It's not great fun, but it is fairly safe for someone paying attention.
4G/5G is pretty decent any time of the year as it is a bit out of the urban congestion. There are a lot of trees in half of the park so satellite use is possible for some. While we did run into a few hours of not having enough bandwidth to stream during the month of January, for the most part it was "good enough" considering we've got a cheap $40 hot spot. The WiFi system may works fine in some parts of the campground, but not in other parts.
All sites are full hookup, but 50amp service is not available everywhere in the park.
Noise doesn't bother us, so take our saying it's fairly quiet with a grain of salt. At least there isn't a busy interstate or real road next door.
The staff is professional and courteous. There's a $5 charge for packages that aren't RV or medial related. However, Kroger delivers to your door.

This is a Thousand Trails (TT) Campground. It is free for those with a membership/camping pass. They do allow retail guests, but I don’t know those prices. This TT campground is a bit different from the others I have been to because they actually assigned me a site when I got here. They did not have any 50 amp sites available. Majority of the sites are pul through, some back in. Staff was very friendly at check in.
Site 31 was a pull through site (approximately 60+ feet) on grass. Got to park at 3:00 pm on a Wednesday and got hooked up. Was a bit concerned because the RV was only getting 110-111 volts on both lines and we only had the refrigerator on. When I put the electric water heater on the volts dropped to 108-109, so I immediately shut it off. I was afraid to turn the AC or microwave on for fear of tripping a breaker. Went to the office to ask about the power situation. Both staff members said that 110 volts is “normal for 30 amps.” Not happy with that answer we asked for the maintenance worker. He came over to our site pretty quick. He kept saying “110 is normal” which from experience we know is not normal. He said he could check the pedestal, but since we had power and it was 110 there was nothing he could really do. Ultimately, my husband was trying to find out if the pedestals are usually at 118-120 and maybe there was a problem with ours or if that’s how low the power normally runs. We put our surge protector on, didn’t run the AC that day and watched the power like a hawk. Sure enough, the next day we had 118 volts on each of our lines. We saw it as high as 120. Occasionally, it was closer to 112
Bottom line: 110 volts is not normal for that site. The power is just weak.
The park has a pool that is open from 10:00 am till dusk. They have bathrooms, showers, laundry rooms, shuffle board, mini golf, and mini golf. They have multiple activities throughout the week. They offer paid wifi only. Did not get any channels with our OTA. Verizon signal was adequate for searching the internet and streaming videos. It went between LTE and 5G.
Everyone at the park was nice. Really enjoyed our time here. Tons of things to do in the area. Stayed here for 14 nights and probably could’ve been here for another week or two.
Dawn would stay here again

$65 a day for grass and muddy sites, unlevel. We couldn’t even make it over the large hill to our first site and had to call the office to switch to another.
Amenities are a joke.
No fire ring at site.
WiFi was not free and you had to pay per day!
Pvc pipe “mini golf”
Basketball hoop is in the parking lot so if cars are parked you can’t play.
The “playground” is faded, old preschool Little Tikes type playhouses. We saw the roof fall off of one on some children playing.
Pool was not available in December. Recreation Hall “game room” was a stack of old board games and puzzles that were all missing pieces.
The bathrooms were old and not the cleanest.
Unwelcoming full timers.
Maintenance Staff was extremely rude.
I get that some people have a TT Membership so it’s “free”, but there are better choices out there. And if you’re paying FULL PRICE, at $65 you could stay at a beautiful resort.

We were in the front area which is paved roads with grass, dirt (not sand) sites. If lucky you get a concrete patio and/or a lightly used site without muddy ruts. Fortunately it didn’t rain while we stayed. It would be soft and muddy. Really needs gravel for parking. Otherwise a flat herring bone parking lot with no shade.
Well maintained with a friendly staff. Will stay again to visit friends.

Could be a good camp for those who aim to 'camp'. Well maintained 'daily' but old and worn out, the few cement picnic pads are cracked/crushed/displaced with more ankle sprains waiting to happen. Sites in front are vastly not level, with some exceptions.
Rural ambiance but 3-10 mi to "everything you could need". Awesome natural resources easily accessed in region. Not "tourist" area if "tourist" means to you 'buying expensive tickets' & 'hours long lines' to eat. Excellent area for tooting about and accessing nature trails and rivers/streams, state/national parks, historical and geographical sights and towns/villages to explore and appreciate! Pool area is nice but small pool. Well kept, sparkling clean water. Major hwys/interstate/tollways easily accessed. Also noisy at times, loud sirens often.
Great staff--Jane, Joe, Ken. Try hard to assist in order to make stay pleasant. These staff work very hard for visitors, and still try to get acquainted. Many 'nice' campers that vastly are here vacationing for days/weeks, who clearly have taken the rules and the etiquette of camping to heart.
Sites are narrow, some cramped, but almost all are good length large rig+vehicle. All are FHU. MANY permanent/annual. Several junky/unkempt sites.
Typical FL rainstorm 3" in 8-10 h (but often 2-4"/h) so that's practically just a Spring shower yet Whole area flooding.LAKE with dog crap under & surrounding entire rig.2-5" deep, mushy. No dry/damp way to get out of rig, still 1 week later!!Read old reviews to check---noted flooding since 2017 yet site(s) not leveled, graveled, or drainage improvement BUT STILL SOLD/available to unsuspecting campers who are restricted from seeing sites before choosing one at checkin despite >dozen visible empty sites after checkin.
UNABLE to give > 1 * for cleanliness when basic health, safety, welfare is compromised by flooding and e. Coli--both easily fixable by some grading & gravel, and strict pet enforcement on bad owners. Plus their directions to "empty standing water" due to 'Zika and West Nile viruses, and to control mosquitoes'. Really?! Recommend a squirt gun approach while the entire barn is on fire?
Almost no TV antenna reception. Front section pull thrus. Mostly open field. Noisy highways and turnpike, trains heard but not usually intrusive. Cow pastures border entire west side.
Site 23 (repeat) seasonal female drives lg pickup Silverado 22mph wrong way, thru empty flooded sites 34 (also seen thru 36 to save 50ft extra staying on pavemt.Walks her dog on empty sites despite the forest being 50 ft away, doesn't pick up 1/2 the time --can't pick up residue anyway!--stated she was "told by [office] she could walk anywhere'as long as picked up' "....clearly on handouts to stay off other sites, pick up 100%, rules delineate no using/driving/passing thru /affecting other sites. Pretty sure [office] didn't authorize her (and others') repeatedly bad behaviors, but clearly no one holds her and others accountable by imposing the $fines posted or even making them park at front (as rules state) so they cannot create safety hazards within the campsites--the longtermers should be the epitome of rules decorum not the persistent, repeated violators!!!
Several repeat offenders driving 10-15mph over speed limit , wrong way+speeding, driving across several occupied sites (front and back)[ and thru empty sites] to enter/exit own sites parallel to roads rather than perpendicular in own driveways, & a few recklessly. Speed bumps won't stop them, only repeated and progressive penalties will.
A few dogs running loose--owners don't even pretend they're leashed by carrying one, just open rig door and let animals go out.
Semi cabs apparently allowed to park on grass not drive. VERY NOISY esp after bedtime when they pull far into your site next to your bed so they can back up onto their site across the 12-14ft wide road, dozens of vehicles, parking off of the designated driveways, even before the rain. Dirt and now mud deep ruts on OTHERS' sites.
Time to police the park not just print more warnings for checkin packets.
Any camp: Your 'vacationers' follow the habits exhibited upon arrival--hold your annuals/seasonals to the rules, the vast majority of your vacationers will follow suit.
