I’ve been there many times. Your trailer will fit! I’ve seen bigger too. 40 foot motorhomes as well. Ours is 35. The spots measure 50 feet. Their rule is, if you fit, then you’re good. You can park your tow vehicle perpendicular to your trailer with front wheels in the sand. Not your drive wheels! We’ll be there 3/7-3/13/2022

The problem is twofold, the trailer might fit but, there would be no room for the tow vehicle. Secondly, the turnaround spot is very small. I would not attempt it. Look at the turnaround on a satallite view.
