Overall Rating
The drive to the campground is a 10 mile steep grade, so go slow and watch for cows, deer and moose. We saw all three. Our loop was a family site with 8 trailer sites and plenty of room for tents. We had people drive through the loop not realizing it was reserved. A bit dusty due to the traffic. A lot of wind also. Cell coverage has spotty.
There is no water or trash at the campground so be prepared. Cleveland lake is 3 miles away. Nice small lake with good bank fishing, room for paddle boarding and swimming although the water was cold. No shade at the lake. Plenty of places to hike and mountain bike.
Worst part was the bees were unbearable at meal times.
