“Beautiful lakeside site!”

We stayed here for 3 nights in July of 2022. The campground is better suited to smaller RVs and tents. Sites 3-7 are good for RVs - just watch the trees & site definition poles. There is a one way road with a spur at the end. Do NOT take a long RV on that spur as the turnaround at the end is very tight. All dry camping, vault toilets (didn’t use), garbage dumpster near the pay station and hand pump water. Our site was huge and had a perfect spot for our Lab and to launch our kayaks. The lake seemed very clean.
Pros: gorgeous, green, awesome lake, loons and I kayaked next to a little otter!!! Loved hearing the loons (we don’t have them in Southern California)!
Cons: mosquitos! And very limited cell. With thunderstorms around, we like being able to look at radar. A bit of a washboard road from the highway to the lake.
We loved our time here - had nice neighbors, it was clean and between the awesome kayaking, the loons and the otter I was in heaven!
