The Woodland

We took off on Memorial Day weekend without reservations. Found this place tucked in the pines. It seems to be mostly seasonal spots with some nightly tucked in. I would say more than half of the seasonal rigs set up weren’t occupied. It’s right off the highway, tucked behind a gas station but you really don’t notice either of them. The Eau Claire River is within walking distance and a large county park with a beach & boating is right next door.

The shower house has 2 toilet stalls and 1 shower. The only downfall was the shower barely trickled out on the woman’s side. My husband said he had plenty of power on the men’s side. I may have to have my husband take the head off and see if it’s plugged.
