We were here for the annular eclipse which was perfect! Great view, no clouds, and the owners had a donut and coffee party for the guests. The owners are super friendly, nice little gift shop with swag and local beef. Great bathrooms, warm, big showers and places to put your clothes - well thought out. A little 1 mile hiking trail around the property, and Dolores is only 5+ miles away if you need supplies, beer, or a post office. Wi-Fi reasonable for non-streaming applications. Close to Canyons of the Ancients, San Juan NF, Hovenweep, etc. Loved it.

The sites were level and clean, the hookups were in perfect working order and we did not feel cramped at all. I picked one of the Premium sites because I wanted to have a view of the mountains to the south but really any site is a great choice. The showers/bathrooms were spotless and everything is well maintained. We even had a friendly neighborhood visitor every evening.
We are fairly new RVers so we don’t have a lot of experience with different parks, but we will use The Views as a standard that any other park we visit should meet. Absolutely loved the place and can’t wait to come back.

The cleanest, most thoughtfully designed restrooms/ showers ever. 6. Clean, efficient laundry room. 7. Conveniently located in scenic SW Colorado close to small towns & interesting parks, such as Mesa Verde NP & Canyon of the Ancients. We would most definitely stay here again & recommend it to anybody. Thank-you management for your attention to all those little details that made our stay so pleasant!

I actually thought I was booking at an RV park in the same area where we stayed before. What a wonderful mistake I made! The sites are spacious, reminiscent of state campgrounds from many decades ago. Some of the sites have spectacular views. It is very quiet and peaceful. At first I thought I would have trouble leveling, our site seemed to be on a significant incline. But it was very quick and easy to level, I did not have to do anything to level from side to side. The park is immaculate and very well maintained. The owner said they have been here 7 years. They also have a laundry room, bring your quarters (the office can make change if they are open). Tents are allowed and there are bathrooms and showers as well as a very nice group gatherining area. My pictures don't adequately show the number of trees here. They have internet, but don't depend on it to do any serious work or streaming although we did not have any issues. I have 3 bars AT & T and have had no problem accessing email, texting, and making phone calls. It's only about a 15 minute drive to Cortez (Safeway, lots of gas stations and restuarants), and a little further to Mesa Verde National Park. The owners are especially friendly and accommodating. We decided to extend our stay we love it so much here. There is a trail approximately one mile long from the park area. We will definitely be back next time through.

There is also a communal grilling pavilion and fire pit available to all; i only saw one person take advantage of the fire pit (chilly and windy in the PM). Would love to come back and explore the surrounding area further

We live half the year on the road, so I've seen a wide variety of campgrounds. This one has the cleanest facilities I have seen in a very long time. 20 minutes from Mesa Verde, 5 from Canyons of the Ancients.
Very nice sites, exceptionally nice staff.
Stay here, you'll be impressed.

Already loving this place and it hasn't been 24hrs yet. Very well maintained restrooms and showers (you would think that they were built yesterday). Very friendly and helpful hostess that showed us to our spot. Really looking forward to enjoying the next next 3 nights here!
