“Large sites, fairly level. ”

Overall Rating
Stayed here for 2 months, January and February. Bathrooms in middle of park have 4 showers, 2 toilets in each restroom. But, don’t try to use the showers as they back up with water and you’ll end up standing in your own dirty water.
Laundry has about 8 or 10 washers, of which only 2 work. AND THEY HAVE A SIGN THERE THAT SAYS THAT! But, about 6 dryers work.
There are 6 showers by laundry that are “ok” to use.
Basically, it looks like the owners have taken all the good from the park and not put anything back into the infrastructure.
There are about 20% of the sites occupied by full time campers of all sorts, many of them broken down relics.

“Big corporation”

To start off with, we actually did not have the opportunity to stay with them. As with the rest of the country our summer vacation plans have been sidelined by this insidious Covid-19 pandemic. This is to highlight how a large company can still take advantage of a situation.
We made our reservations knowing they had a "no refund" policy. Under the circumstances we were hoping they would relax their policy since this was not our choice. We WANTED to be there but are not ALLOWED to be there. EVERY other campground we were scheduled to visit in Florida (including ones with no refund/raincheck policies) were happy to refund our deposit. It's sad that a large company deems profit is more important than goodwill.
It may only $50 to them, but it's a lot to me. It's a lack of honor and integrity. They won't have to worry about dealing with us again.
