Overall Rating

We sold our home and needed a place to stay for a couple months before we left Wisconsin. I have driven past this campground for a few years and always thought it looked nice. When I was calling around for rates I was quoted $500/mo plus electric. I agreed and moved in. Plan was to say for 2 months and I didn't even make it 30 days.

Here are the good and bad.
THE GOOD
- Small quiet campground
- Has a bar/restaurant
- Sites are level
- Rates are reasonable
- Close to lakes and river
THE BAD
- Some problem people live in the cabins on site.
- The sewer tank was higher than my camper outlet. Couldn't empty tanks.
- Very poor Verizon signal
- Went more than a week without toilet paper in bathroom

In the end not being able to drain my tanks was a no go for me. So I found a cheaper campsite closer to town with hookups I could actually use.
