“Secure and Friendly. Walking Distance to Golf and Restaurant.”

Reviewed Jan 02, 2019

Overall Rating

Gated, secure entry. Well-landscaped. Hedges between sites give some privacy. Dog park is clean and maintained. $1 laundry wash and dry, although there is no parking area for the laundry which means you must be dropped off and picked up. Easy walk to the golf course (and miniature golf too!) and a clean, casual restaurant with good food. This was a pleasant layover on our way to the Sacramento area.

“Secure and golf freindly”

Reviewed Nov 17, 2017

Really nice rv park. Clean and secure park. They even give you your own gate opener. Sites are pretty private with hedge between sites. Our site was a little short for 34' trailer and truck. There are other sites that back up to large pond, you give up a little privacy for these but they are nice. Has a nice dog park ( problem with people not PICKING UP POOP) karma will get them some day when they're barefoot! You can walk to golf pheasant run golf course. There is some train noise and weekends of geese hunters. Sites can be purchased prices starting at $40,000.
