This a very isolated campground with full hook ups- our site (#3) was perfectly level. I love the small rustic feel with comfort of full hook ups and drive thru sites. Nicely tree’d and totally perfect for bicyclists doing the Katy Trail. I am providing sag wagon support for my wife who is doing the TransAm cross country bike route. This place was perfect 2 the Katy trail runs right thru the campground. Very Nice, quiet and perfect for those who prefer avoiding super crowded campgrounds.

Overall Rating

Potential here, but needs some serious TLC. Mix and match with tent campers, who all seemed tobe cyclists making their way across Missouri on the Katy Trail, which runs right through the campground. We had to select a site based on the ability to pull in without hitting trees or deep ruts. Bathrooms were fairly clean, but needed some maintenance. Check in/out seems to be completely on the honor system, as we never saw anyone during the process and had to call a cell number. The road to get into the campground is not to be found on either Google or Apple maps, adn you must follow the directions in an email (left at the 4-way stop sign and left at the car wash), leading to a very narrow road through a run-down neighborhood.
