No. 1st come gets the electric campsites. Room for other units without electricity

No, it is first-come, first-served. However, there are quite a few spots. I have not been there this time of year, but even in summer travel season I have not had a problem getting a spot.

Nope. First come first served. We were there in the summer and rolled in around 6 or so. Lots of spots available. Easy to pull in and all level.
