The reservation process was easy and every one was very friendly. There are two laundry rooms available that are well maintained. A nice walking path goes through the woods around the park to walk the pups. No issues with electric even with running our 2 AC's almost constantly in the 95* heat.
We really enjoyed staying a bit out of the city where we could run errands without constantly battling traffic. You do have to do a U turn but only about half a mile up the road if you want to head into San Antonio. If you have a site closer to the road, it may be a bit noisy during the day but traffic slows in the evening. Plus, is it ever cool enough here to not run an AC to block the noise anyways!??!
Great weekly and monthly rates. We didn't try the free or paid wifi. Verizon worked best, ATT was a good backup. It will be our go to when visiting family from now on.

Staff is extremely friendly. Restrooms & showers are cleaned every morning. Laundry is $1.50 each for washer/dryer.
Since my camper is tiny, they only charged me $25/day for my initial 3-day weekend. I extended a week, then a month, and it was $350 total, with free electric (again, since my camper is tiny.)

I wanted to be closer to town, but his relatives lived nearby. The place is fine, the hosts were lovely and helpful checking us in and dealing with little things that came up. It is an older camp, there are numerous full-timers, several park models. The pavement is not very smooth, a couple of the speed bumps sneak up on you. Sites are rather tight getting in to. Where they have the hookups is kinda odd, it took some maneuvering to get ourselves lined up so the hookups fit directly between the two slide outs. Lots of trees in the different spaces. Downside of that was the bug life that kept dropping out of the trees, made it unpleasant to sit outside.
Word of caution: the approach is tricky in that the it is right on the highway and the traffic is coming down the road at full speed. The turn comes up quick. Highway is divided, so going up to highway 46 where all the services are .2 of a mile further north, and then returning means going past and hitting a turnaround to get back to it.
The place has a pleasant feel to it despite my ambivalent view of it. Two clubhouses, two laundry rooms, restrooms. Clean and well kept. All the machines work. Good cell service, lots of local TV channels. I likely wouldn't specifically choose to be here again, although only because I would rather be closer to San Antonio.

We stayed for a night on our way across Texas and really liked the park. There are a lot of full-time residents and snowbirds who were all very friendly. My leveling system was having trouble because the site was a little tricky and I was offered help from some of the locals right away. The weather was great so we sat outside for a drink with some of them. There’s a ton of good shade from the large oak trees all over the property. The laundry and bath facilities are nice and well kept. Access from the north requires a u-turn on 281, which can be very tricky during high traffic times.

There are many long time residents in tiny houses as well as RV’s but everything looks nice and people were friendly. The noise from the highway was minimal from our site. We only noticed it while sitting outside. The office was really easy to deal with in booking the site ahead of time.
Cons: They have cable hookups but you have to get a cable box from the office. The box wouldn’t finish programming the channels so we returned it and just used our antenna. Also, they limit WiFi to only 2GB, which seems completely unreasonable these days, so you should plan to use your own data plan.

Price reflects weekly rate. This was a pleasant RV park with very friendly staff and residents. A permanent offered to let us borrow his vacuum cleaner when we saw us shaking out our rugs, and some staff had run out to buy a portable air conditioner for another permanent resident whose rooftop unit bit the dust. Cable TV is digital so you need to put down a fully refundable deposit on a converter box for access to that. Most, if not all, sites have good shade. The park actually extends waaay into the back. We were surprised how large it was when we went for a walk. Our asphalt pad was a little wonky and beat up, and that plus trees made positioning for our slideouts an act of precision, but we made it work just fine I seem to recall the power pedestal was low enough to cause some strain on our power monitor box. Highway access is a little tricky. We came from the opposite direction on a divided highway, and the u-turn crossing is at the bottom of a hill so you can expect an a-hole to honk at you even when there is nobody visible when you start your turn onto the opposite side. You'll also have to head north and then exit and u-turn to go anywhere south, but it's not very far to have to u-turn for either direction.
