Free hot showers and bathrooms felt clean. We preferred this RV park to another option in town just due to the view and trees. Lots of noise from road and train but that didn’t bother us too much since we turn on a little white noise. Decent spot for a night!

There was a note on the office door asking users to find a spot and a clerk would check you in at the site later. Also posted was that there was no power at any sites nor was there any water available in the park .The site we chose was unmarked. The only thing that signafied it as a site was that there was a picnic table present. It was a back in (that we nosed into) that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. . There are no buffers between sites. Distancing looks like it would be very close, almost awning to slide, if all sites were occupied. Our site was un-level and uneven The base was loose dirt. The "view" of the Fraser River was hiden behind some very large trees. We can't comment on any of the other attributes the park may have as we decided to leave. Rain was in the forecast and we did not want to stay in a mud pit.
We chose this park because other camper we met thought it was great. Large spaces,. great views, power and water and a fair price. Not so. Had we stayed at the park we would have been charged $35.00 to wallow in a mud hole with no services what so ever. We will never be back.

There are not enough fire pits or picnic tables to go around. Luckily our site had a table. Can beat the view if you're on the river side. Pleasant staff. If you are outfitted well for camping it will be a good experience. If your not prepared or if you get there a bit late you might miss an opportunity for a fire or a seat at a picnic... more
