Yes, I just tried booking with my Interagency Lifetime Senior Pass and it dropped the rate from $26 to $13. Nearly all Federally operated campground facilities accept the pass in my experience.

I'm not sure about this- I know it's a well-kept campground but I can't remember if it's a federal run campground or not.
