Lots of long-timers, but park was quiet, bathrooms were heated and clean, park attendant very pleasant. We took the good advice to be toward the back and away from busy Government Way. Our heater fan also worked to dull any outside noise. Not our typical choice when camping, but grateful they were operating in March and had space. Always better than a hotel!

As typical these days lots of longer-term rigs. That said seemed to be a fair number of transient travelers. Back half of park has little of the 4-lane road noise noted in other reviews. $45 rate was for back-in "E017", off-season, weekend, Before tax and before a minor Veteran Discount.
There is cable TV but I just used OTA antenna and got lots of channel options (cable requires a convertor box available at the office)
Not camping but if you need your rig to function as a Motel Room (with extras) while visiting the area; city or lake this is a nice base camp location.

Our site was about 100 yards in and we couldnt hear the road at all. There are also very large trees that can make getting in or out really difficult but not impossible. If you are looking to enjoy the area this is a great location. Only about 3 miles north of the lake. We rode our bikes from the rv park to the lake front with no problems. Showers were great. Neighbors were friendly. There are several full timers but they put them in back in sites around the perimeter. With paved blacktop roads and pad sites and large trees this was a really pretty park. Location matters here so get a pull through at the back.

It seems like there was full hookups(including 50, 30, and 20 amp electrical and cable) on both sides of each spot, as in there were two sets in between sites. We were B1 which I highly recommend. Plenty of space even with slides pulled out. They had a beautiful outdoor eating area with a fire pit, grill, and waterfall. We used the grill for our burgers. The bathroom, shower, and laundry facilities were nice, although we wish they had somewhere to put clothes while showering and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. Great experience overall. We had 9 people so we paid $140 with all the extra body charges but the staff were very friendly and even refunded us for having 2 less people than we had paid for.

I would never camp here again there are better places nearby like the Kootenai County Fairgrounds or other city parks that are just better handled. The street noise is excessive, and then tight spaces are super uncomfortable. As well there is just one of the locals doing the yard maintenance so there is yard maintenance done DAILY, EVERY DAY.
There are so many nice parks around Coeur D'Alene avoid this one.
