This is our halfway stopping point while traveling to the Smoky Mountains. You can either park in the rest area or up in the Tamarack parking lot. Plenty of food choices, slightly higher than normal prices due to being basically a turnpike rest-stop. Fuel prices are normally only a few cents more per gallon. Very clean and good lightin... more

A wonderful stop, at a cultural center that has beautiful art and other things all made in WV. There is a cafeteria style restaurant with a surprisingly diverse menu, and all you can eat breakfast on Sunday mornings. The bathrooms are spotless. Easy on and off I-77. RV designated parking on the south side of the round cultural center building. Other than the road noise from I-77 pretty quiet, and even the road noise wasn't bad in the middle of the night. We had our windows open because it was warm but closed the bedroom windows in the middle of the night and it was quieter ... more
