Will we be allowed to put a temp fence at our site for our pups as long as they are not left unattended?

We came Jan 25-31. There were very few people here. This place is exceptional. Immaculate facilities, spacious sites, beautiful club house and perfect views.
Everything you need is just a mile or two away. Beautiful little towns with great food and quaint shops all around this area.
We will be back again soon!!!!

To say that the staff was friendly, and the resort is beautiful would be an incredible understatement. It is an amazing place! We intend to stay longer next time. Visit their website for all the details.

We've now stayed at Talona Ridge on 3 different occasions and it has quickly become one of our favorite RV Resorts. Great location in the North GA Mountains and minutes from downtown Ellijay. The resort has a 3 tiered layout with each tier at a different price point - Eagle Crest and Falcon Ridge have great views. The sites are all level concrete pads with picnic tables and fire pits with plenty of space between sites. Water pressure is great and clean. Wifi was great for work and streaming services. Bathhouses are always clean and there is a daily trash pickup at the site. We love the amenities at this resort - pickleball courts, dog park, heated pool and hot tub and the Grandview Hall that has live music, food trucks and a bar! The location is great for exploring the several wilderness areas nearby and there are plenty of restaurants just minutes away. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Check-in for the Vanleigh rally was efficiently done by the Talona Ridge staff. We were escorted to pull-through site F28 with FHUs. We were on a very nice end site with plenty of yard space where our rally friends gathered for evening fires. The back-ins in front of our site were a little tricky to get into but doable. This is a large campground (CG) with various levels of sites all being nicely spaced. Water pressure was good at about 55 psi. The CG Wifi was above average. There are no mature trees as this is a newer CG, so clear satellite shots. We got 4 bars on Verizon and T-Mobile. There are 3 levels/areas to this CG with the more premier sites on the top level however the downfall is if there’s wind there’s no wind block. The top level also has the swimming pool and hot tub area next to the clubhouse, with the plan for this to be the adult pool area once they complete the second pool on the middle level. We were on the middle level, which had a mixture of pull-throughs and back-ins. The lower level is also a mixture of pull-throughs and back-ins plus a nice-sized dog park. The CG was designed for RVs and well thought out. There are multiple laundry rooms on each level with two washers/two dryers in each building. The owners/management have their stuff together. We did not mind paying the price for this CG understanding that we are not luxury resort RVers. We wish we had more time to explore the area and will definitely stay here again when in the area.

We are fairly new to the RV experience and after staying here is October during the Apple Festival I think we have been spoiled. I don't see how any other park will compare after this treat. Great View, Great people, perfect weather and we will return next year. I can't say enough good about this place.

Reserved site f03 in June for an October stay. They confirmed site f03 in June and a week before arrival. When we arrived we were given f01. We objected and they did not care. No apology and no discount or alternative site. F01 was a site behind the office next to the road while f03 was higher with a great view. Watch out!

Nice surroundings, well maintained, level cement pads, conveniently placed laundry and restrooms. Walmart right down the street (could walk). Nice little dog park, several pickleball courts. Very nice gathering Hall. Negatives- Some road noise, Wi-Fi was very spotty. Can be pretty windy on the top level.
