All of the roads coming in are good, getting good TMobile internet but will find another place tomorrow. I just don't feel like a wide open parking lot is camping.

All National Forest Service campgrounds around Turquoise Lake seem to be run by the same concessionaire - Rocky Mountain Recreation Company. This includes a dump and potable water station for which one has to pay another $12. I find this too expensive; for $26/night the dump station use should be included. The dump fee is the reason that I cannot give the place 5 stars.
Campendium states that there would be 44 camp sites. However, there are not more than 25 sites. The markings of many sites have apparently been changed and many of the sites are now very large.

I'm sure some will say it's just a parking lot, which it is, but it backs up right to the lake and was super quiet while we were there. It's easy to walk down to the water with a kayak and there's also a great dirt bike path that loops around the lake. AT&T is blazing fast with around 100mpbs down and 50 up. Would stay here again.

We camped about 50 feet from the edge of the lake. it is a parking lot but very large spaces. we were actually in the overflow area but it was great. if you haven't been to turquoise lake, put it on your list.
