Yes. We stayed four nights in our 27’ TT due to mechanical issues. No problems. Stay in one of the far-back or side back-in spaces, and you’re unlikely to be bothered.

Not sure - there is a very large parking area adjacent to the east side - I believe you would be able to stay there but haven’t tried it.
