Overview of Swinging Bridge Campground
Camping is permitted only in designated sites at Crook and Swinging Bridge Campgrounds and is limited to 14 days in a 28-day period. Camping along the river and/or on sandbars is prohibited. To protect the solitude of the Refuge, the use of generators is allowed from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm only. The Refuge does not have potable water or trash services. Campfires are allowed only in the metal fire rings provided at the campgrounds. Campfires should never be left unattended, and must be completely extinguished prior to your departure.
