There was only a kiosk to pay when we were there. I know of no way to reserve a spot. If the campground has a website they moght have a phone number to call.

Hi. The last time we were there was several years ago (we are no longer on the road). It was a very rustic campground - we basically camped in the open lot. There was a box for fees but no staff so no way to make a reservation. I remember the dirt road going in was also very bumpy and ridged; we weren’t sure we were even in the right place. The campground is right on the river.
