Sunshine RV Resort

the lady upfront had a problem finding us a spot with 50amp. when we paid the weekly rate (381) I filled out the form and said 35ft rv with 50amp, then the spot she gave us was small, I had to ask our neighbors to move their cars to give me almost enough room to back in, the road is so small you just cant back in, it still took over 30 minutes to get backed in. then we were like 5 feet from the mobil home behind us. the site was on the side of a hill, so unlevel it was a joke, the people next to us had to put blocks under his rig to get level cause he was on a hill to. the park is 80 percent mobil homes, don't know why its called RV RESORT cause we when I complained to the lady that checked us in that the site was extremally hard to back into and we were on a hill, all she said was "we are not setup for RV's. I reminded her that the name of the place is rv resort, to which she said nothing. when we walked around the place, saw alot of homes for sale,(they are 80% full timers/mobil homes) I talked to one neighbor that they keep raising the monthly rent, he said he used to pay 450, now its 750, said when he leaves in the spring, hes not coming back. we will never go back, o yea, the wi-fi is so bad that we used the hot spot on my phone and it was 4 times faster then their wi-fi, they do have a nice pool tho, but the new owners do nothin for the park as far as upgrades go, then when we were packing up to leave, an employee came to read our electric meter, I asked why, she said cause they charge for the electricity, I said there is nothing in the paper work/web page or anything that said you charge for electricity, she said I know but they do charge. I told her that I will never be back here and she said I don't blame you, the new owners don't care. other then the pool, this park is the worst i have been in and i have been doing this for 8 years,
