Sort of. There is a water spigot on the back of the restroom that is a little further down the road, 3 miles on Google Maps, at the day use area, Rattlesnake Springs. 32 6’ 41”N, 104 27’ 56”W. There are trash cans there too. I am conflicted about providing pictures because people may confuse them with the Sunset Reef location.

No water, but pit toilet is there and a covered picnic table. We got water in town at a service station that had a water and ice vending. Really nice spot to stay and see the caverns at $0!!

No, you'll need to bring all your own water. There is ice for sale and a garden spigot at the gas station in Whites City (the turn-off towards Carlsbad National Park). You also need to pack out all trash. Enjoy :)

No. Contrary to one comment, there are trash cans and they were cleaned out the day after I arrived. It was Monday so typical for trash pickup at campgrounds.
