Very up tight about security and speed limit of 5MPH. 3 warnings and you're out!
Cameras and security patrols. Watch where you walk your dog!
Nice sites though. Water works well and many dump access pipes along each site. Electric is good.
Near center of town. Hard to find - sort of spiral in on surface streets after leaving I10. Have a dog area, though can be muddy if rained. Very blinding lights at night from the house (Laundry?) next to it. Probably want a space far from that.
Road noise from loud cars in city at night. Pay cash or else 3.2% added for credit card.

Staff is friendly & mail/packages are welcome to be sent here. Rules of the park are enforced especially the park speed limit.
Park feels secure although not gated, it is surrounded by chain-link fence with razor wire!
Noise levels are good for a park located within a city.

There’s lots of space between the units. Nice facilities too. A little train and traffic noise, but not bad. Good hookups. There’s a nice and small local grocery store easily within walking distance.

There are a lot of permanent campers here, but they did have several open sites for overnighters. We had a pull-through site and like the entire campground was very clean. During the day and overnight we had some very high winds and the next morning their was an employee of the CG picking up debris that had blown in.
The entire campground is fenced in and although it was in the city, it felt very secure. WiFi service was very good and they had cable TV access.

Directly behind our site is a six foot fence with barbed wire separating the campground from an active industrial area with attendant noise.
This was an okay place for a night or if one had a pressing reason to be in Las Cruces.

We chose this park because of it’s central location to everything. 👍🏻😉
