We had a wonderful time on our "last trip of the year". The park was very quiet and still had lots of campers there. The lake looked like a lot of fun, had it been warmer!
The Wi-Fi was ok; however, we could not use our firestick to watch tv at night! (the only down-side).
On the whole, we will be back next season!

Campground was conveniently located near Cape May and Wildwood Crest and easily accessed. Check-in process was quick and efficient. Access to our back-in site (C20) was easy with no major obstacles. The site itself was an asphalt pad relatively level but on the small side and very close to the adjacent sites. We camped midweek after Labor day and the adjacent sites were not occupied which made it comfortable. In high season I think way too close. Our sewer hookup was very close to the next site's living area and I can only imagine the problems that could cause. The provided fire pit was also located too close to the next site which would be a concern when crowded. Another negative at our site was the lights remained on all night from the seasonal sites (F13 plus others). Why the seasonal sites had lights on all night when they were obviously not there I didn't understand. Is crime really an issue in this gated CG? This was a bit annoying at night and would suggest to management to ask these seasonals to tone it down a bit. The bathroom showers were clean and water temperature and pressure were fine. Although the CG is in a great location to Cape May, I don't think we will return during high season.
P.S. water connection a good 35 ft from city water connection on trailer. Sewer and power connection ok.

We have stayed at this campground in Aug 2021 (before it was bought by Sun Resorts) and again in July 2022.
We like this campground when camping with the grandkids because it offers a pool, a lake to swim in, with a beach area for building sand castles, and playgrounds.
There is little privacy between the sites and both times it was nearly full, even though we were there mid-week, so there was a lot of activity. For the size of the campground, the pool is pretty small. The pool and the lake don't open until about 11am - we would have preferred an earlier opening time since we try to avoid noon-day sun but I am sure it is hard to staff with life guards, so I understand the later opening. There are only a few tables with umbrellas so shade is at a premium. At the lake, you can put a beach umbrella in the sand so that was good.
There were a lot of activities for kids to enjoy. There is a paved bike path across the street from the entrance.
I like this campground for camping with the grandkids, but I wouldn't choose it for just my husband and myself.
I also wish they had policies about flags that can be hung. The number of political flag tainted the overall atmosphere of the resort.

We stayed here right after picking up our new (and our first) travel trailer. Large campground, tons of families/kids, little privacy. Was good for our first trip. Amateur move on our part but we should have looked more carefully at the route they sent us down to our site. One turn was totally impossible but we found an alt route.

Also, the price was very reasonable for what they provided.
Be sure to visit the campground store - it's fully stocked and serves counter food. Also, propane on site, which was helpful.
