Large place but divided up nicely. Very well maintained. Has indoor pool and jacuzzi. Cute playground. Kids loved both! Multiple dog areas that are clean and manicured. Large laundry room and even a separate laundry space for pet beds/ rugs. Internet was solid. Cute shop inside with nice lounge area. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

We had a wedding to attend in PDX and decided to pull the trailer down and spend the night at Pheasant Ridge. We pulled in and were pleasantly surprised! The lawns are green, flowerpots are amazing and not a single piece of trash anywhere. The site was level and the wi-fi streamed videos. Definitely would stay again.

Pheasant Ridge was in complete contrast with beautifully maintained grounds, excellent facilities, and friendly staff. The equipment in the Fitness Room was all new and worked. The indoor swimming pool was clean and inviting. There is a dog park with nice grass. Flowers all over the place. Lots of shady spots from trees. Excellent WiFi (The first time I've been able to say that about an RV park). Good cell coverage. No junky old RVs here. It's close to town, so this is not a park out in a forest. It's convenient to Portland and other spots. Highly recommend.

We stayed for one night on our way to Washington but I would have been fine staying longer if we were visiting Portland. This lot has a very manicured park-like feel to it, and it appeared to me that they had all the short-term visitors in pull through sites. I was impressed with abundance of posts offering doggie bags, and that the "dog-friendly" space was larger than most parks. There were a number of backed in rigs with furniture out indicated extended stays, but there were no junky rigs. The bathroom facilities were pristine, something I really appreciate. It is also within walking distance to a Costco and a Target.

With kids we would t study here again as there isnt much for them to go. If you want a place to sleep and are in a pinch it’s good for that.

Pheasant Ridge RV Park is tidy, sites are well kept, and nicely spaced with trees throughout. There isn't a lot of activity happening outside, campers are quiet and keep to themselves.
We enjoyed the fitness room during our stay which included a treadmill and an elliptical machine.
Downsides include a steep driveway which might cause some to bottom out, there's a bit of road noise and the RV park will not accept mail for campers.
All to say, Pheasant Ridge is the nicest RV park we've stayed in in the greater Portland area (compared to Columbia River RV Park and Clackamette RV Park).

The price listed is based on the weekly rate.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We found staff and the people around us friendly. The facilities are top notch. The laundry room was clean. The hot tub was hot. The WiFi was fast. All the flowering hanging baskets were beautiful. The spots may be a tad close to each other, but you are in a metropolitian area. Some things you have to give up for location, location, location.
This is a very nice RV Resort. I don't think you would be disappointed.

Tight and narrow roads and pads
No place to sit, no tables or chairs allowed off pads and the pads are narrow so there is no room for chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Most sites are also not level. Premium sites are just more money but the same issues as the others.
WiFi iffy at best
Facilities sometimes clean
Noisy from constant yard maintenance & fire station next door
Pine trees caused damage to not only our RV but knees, low branches, needles & pine cones jamming slides, pitch on everything.
High crime, theft is a problem in this RV park.
We recommend staying in one of the other RV parks in or around Portland as we have done and will do in the future.

Nice pool area but you may get heat stroke, you aren’t allowed water or ventilation. Value not there. Looks pretty but the cost is much too high. Many issues with scraping of rigs with low hanging branches and pine needles everywhere. Very very muddy when it rains. May have to walk far if have multiple vehicles or guests. Narrow roads and spaces. One person scraped the front of our rig trying to get into his space because he was trying to not hit one of the many trees. Many issues with theft where they let the people stay after they found out who was guilty. May bottom out on driveway at entrance.
