Overall Rating

Nice park but nothing for kids. Dog park is not a park but a plot or grass. They are working on the park so demo going on as well as bathroom closures. People there are super nice and a great bunch. Not my top spot.

Overall Rating

The location of this RV park is great for the middle Keys. We enjoyed our two weeks here, however, this campground is under transition. Sun Outdoors purchased an older park and are putting a lot of money into it. While we were there, three permanent residences were demolished. So think excavators, dump trucks, stump grinders, beeping equipment.

This park is advertised as all ages, but really, its 55+ and there is a clear divide between permanent residents and visitors. There is an updated pool, but it's on the small side and no playground. We didn't even see more than probably two families during our two week stay. They have a clubhouse with pool tables and an old claw machine that they have filled with used stuffed animals.

Would stay here again, but probably for not as long, and it wouldn't be my first choice.
