Road was fine for us (transit van). 3 bars of LTE. Sign saying 6 bucks a night, but nowhere to pay. Beautiful grasslands and hiking nearby. Pit toilet. I would totally stay here again. Had the place to ourselves.
Kalibreez would stay here again

We did not stay here. We drove by and decided to check out the nearby CCC Campground and ended up staying there. I’m not sure on the nightly rate as we did not stop. I wanted to review to say the loop road in and out had very deep ruts. We had to straddle them and it was a bit nerve wracking. The south entrance was a little worse than the north entrance. I would not take this road in wet conditions. The few back-in sites looked nice enough and had a pretty view of the distant bluffs. They were a little on the short side. We may have had to unhook our truck to fit.The cul-de-sac type spot visible on Google Maps would have worked but was kind of overlooking the freeway. There was a very pretty spot off this side of the road that was down in the trees. We couldn’t have fit down there w our big rig, but would be great for tents. If we hadn’t had the other Campground option, we would have stayed here.
