T-Mobile gets LTE on the access road and in some campsites (e.g. #2 of Area 2).

This is a very nice campground situated on the north side of White Mountains National Forest. The park has spacious sites suitable travel trailers and motor homes as well as tents. many of the sites have narrow entrances so one must be careful in choosing sites if you have a large RV, especially if you are not real adept at backing a trailer. The sites were clean and simple with a fire box on the ground and picnic tables in good condition. There are water faucets along the loop of the campground, but none that I saw has a threaded outlet to be able to connect a hose and all appeared to be spring loaded, so you have to hold the faucet open for water flow. The vault toilets are old and pretty stinky, though all are in good repair. It seems that they are not putting much, if any, quick lime in them to diminish the odor.
There is a very weak 1 bar of Verizon LTE service right at the entrance to the campground that extends into site 1, but then it disappears for the rest of the campground.
The road to the campground is paved, but has many potholes that need attention. Some are deep enough that it gets a little tricky pulling a trailer past them. The road to the campground passes by most of the camping loop and I was surprised at the amount of cars passing by during the day and early evening. Nevertheless, I the campground was pretty quiet from a traffic point of view. It was almost empty when we were there, so noisy neighbors was not a problem.

Nice spot, pretty large spaces with picnic tables and fire pits.
Very level in our spot.
Sugarloaf 1 seemed to be less than a 1/4 rv sites and more than 3/4 tent sites and sugar loaf 2 was about 3/4 rv sites and 1/4 tent sites.
Water and vaulted toilets throughout the campground.
There were a few first come first serve but it was a busy spot so it could be hard to catch one if you plan on arriving after 4-5pm
Wooded sites with decent privacy, definitely a good spot and close to a ton of hiking and the cog train to the top of my Washington.

Sugarloaf 2 was a great back up when Gale River Loop Rd was full (this turned out to be better). It looks like sites can now be reserved but non-reserved sites are up for grabs.
There were bathrooms (very clean) and water fills placed throughout the 34 site campground.
There was easy access to the roaring river down below to cool off after hiking.
The Sugarloaf trails and Hale Mountain trails are nearby.
Not sure how it is in the summer but it was nice and quiet in mid may.
Road is rough coming in and there is no cell service if those things are concerns.
Sites are well laid out and private.

Perfect for overnight or longer. C/G is near the base of this famous ski area with large cleared sites and plenty of shade and firewood. It's a typical NF c/g with lots of signs about bear activity.
