“Friendly Staff, Dirty Site, Narrow Small Sites, Mostly Full Time Campers, Single Wides.”

Sites were on top of each other, very cramped . Full time residents , single wide trailers. Sites are so narrow we couldn’t open the awning, low water pressure. Our spot was very dirty.

Sites were literally on top of each other with lots of full timers and almost no space between sites. Hookups were odd with power on one side and water on the other. Bathrooms were OK but didn’t use showers. Didn’t see a lot of COVID cleaning happening. If you are somebody who needs free WIFI, cable and a pool you may see those amenities as worth the price but since we didn’t use them I couldn’t justify the $40 per night. I will say the front office staff were very nice but unfortunately that’s not enough for a return visit.

The sites are overall a bit narrow but people do make do. There were many very large rigs! It poured my first night, all night! So in morning there were several wet areas to be expected. The staff I encountered were very friendly. The pool was awesome!! Showers waters pressure literally sucked (long hair was very hard to rinse) and never got remotely warm. So, I took shower in camper. Close to shopping centers if need anything. I did not get a chance to visit ruins ( next time). My family extended there stay because according to them they had a nice fishing area. No campfires.

Showers weren’t great...husband had a cold shower, I had very little water pressure but we survived. Easy location.

My boyfriend and I are new to full time Rving. This was our first camp ground. The place is gorgeous in terms of trees, plants, etc. It feels like a tropical paradise here. There are full time homes on lots, people who stay long term here, and just a sense of community among those who live here (mostly retired). When we pulled up we had never stayed at a park, we had been staying in our RV for a month to make sure we could handle it. These three older gentlemen who lived across the way immediately came up and helped my boyfriend park, and told him how to hook up sewage and power. The office staff comes across as not very nice, but it could just be the woman's tone of voice. The pool looks very nice, but for a heated pool it is very cold. They have a tiki bar outside the pool, and activities for during the day (I work remotely-so I can't participate). The bathroom and shower are clean, it takes awhile for it to heat up. I wanted to stay here longer but they did not have the space. The office sells alcohol, snacks, and things for your RV. They also have a mail center.
Oh of note: The water hook up is opposite from the sewage and power, we could not hook up to the water because of it.
It had a great dog park that was fenced in with an obstacle course.
They have laundry services, trash and propane as well.

Will preface review with stating we don't do RV parks. We had to be in town for a wedding and there were no spots at any of the state parks. We chose this park because satellite photos looked like there was some shade from trees and it wasn't just a parking lot.
Cons: It has been raining in Florida for about 6 weeks. The roads and grass were flooded and muddy. The picnic table (covered in mold/mildew) was 2 feet from our neighbors sewer connection. Most of the "campers" appear to either be permanent or seasonal. No working wifi, no fire rings or even a place to put one.
Spots are close. Would be better if they separated the seasonal from the campers.
Pros: Some spots do have trees for shade, the pool looked nice (we didn't use it), the other campers were all pleasant and the place was nice and quiet.

Although it seems a bit old, it is very clean. There are nice roads to walk on to a large pond. The pool was very nice. We liked the location. We rode our bikes to the beach and to New Smyrna. There is a good dog run area. Our site was very short, but there are many very nice sites in the park.
Bill would stay here again
