Sites are generously sized, well spaced apart, most have abundant tree/shrubbery buffers, a few have nothing separating them.- would be ideal for families camping together Roadway through the park is a broken, deeply rutted asphalt road.
Bathhouse has unisex 3 showers,.there are 2 stalls and 2 urinals in men’s room 4 stalls in women’s bathroom (one was out of order during our stay)
We stayed Labor Day weekend- park was full and bathrooms got easily overwhelmed, (wet, dirty floors and clogged toilets), but they were cleaned/serviced Sunday and Monday mornings.
If camping with pets you must show updated vaccine certificate.
Campground is close to a roadway so there was occasional vehicle noise.Park police patrolled a couple of times during our stay.
Campground was quiet. Lots of notices about bears, but none were around as far as we could tell.
