Overall Rating
Pros: Spacious; Level; Trees around the perimeter; Nice people; Easy ingress and egress; Easy to find from the Highway; University and Athletic Fields/ Stadiums within walking distance; Good Power and Water; Quiet; Fantastic grassy fields to run, bike or play in.
Cons: Basically a parking lot with 7 RV spots next to the university's athletic venues and fields; trees needed trimming for big rigs; Expensive; Low hanging power lines crossing the residential streets getting to the parking lot; No Dumping station; No WiFi.
Note: You have to contact the Athletic or Campus Police departments for a reservation. Limited availability during game days for football or baseball, but open most of the summer.
