This is THE worst value RV park I’ve ever stayed at by far! $360 a week suggested a nice place but not even close! I’m full time and have stayed in dozens of RV parks throughout the SW and this ranks THE lowest by far! Not even sure where to start. This is THE worst value RV park I’ve ever stayed at by far! $360 a week suggested a nice place but not even close! I’m full time and have stayed in dozens of RV parks throughout the SW and this ranks THE lowest by far!
Not even sure where to start. Maybe the aggressive pit bulls in the dog park which is simply a sandy lot. Owner of dogs has three beers and will probably be there for a while as the pit bulls attack the fence. There are two and one time I was in one and the pit bulls in the other. They busted through the cheap wood fence! They do not provide poop bags and have disgusting poop encrusted tongs for cleaning up! So usually a couple piles left behind.
Most sites have cobbles which I almost twisted an ankle on several times. Literally cobble stones you can't walk on or level a chair on surround the sites! No grass except a couple premium spots.
Most residents are full time and 5am you’ll hear them firing up their trucks to head to work. My neighbor has a diesel and one morning couldn’t get it started…not for lack of trying. An hour of slamming doors and hoods as he constantly tried to get it started. Others are so clueless they crank the stereo as they zip through the park.
Weekends will have several groups whooping it up. Across the street from me literally has 4 cars squeezed in the space in you consider one of the cars halfway in the road IN the space.
Lots of old pretty grimy coaches throughout.
Unfortunately, it is always full and management has zero incentive to upgrade or upkeep the park. Which considering the rates and it's always full speaks volumes!
NOT coming back!

several children live here as well. There is a dedicated area to take dogs so they can do their

Quite a few speed bumps. No gates so anyone can enter/exit at will. Laundry room and
bathrooms have locks. Bathrooms are clean and free hot water. Pool/hot tub were closed. I stayed
3 nights in April.
It felt safe, so l'd stay here again. People said hello when walking and waved when they drove by.
Worst thing was the number of speed bumps.useful but not really RV friendly.
AT&T had 5G 5 Bar service

Upon arrival we were given a page of dog rules that included no barking! Not allowing your dog to go to the bathroom except in the small pet area and small dog walk, neither of which were even slightly inviting. If you violated any rules you would be fined $25 per in incident!
I gave it three stars because of the questionable properties surrounding the park and their decidedly NOT pet friendly rules.

Clean, quiet park with friendly staff. I mentioned quiet because there are businesses all around as well as busy roads. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Two dog parks. Didn’t use the amenities. We felt completely safe here. We would stay here again.

Our plan had been to spend 3 nights here and visit Santa Fe. We couldn’t wait to leave. Nothing there except Walmart (next to jail) and strip malls. We left after 1 night and went to Santa Fe (wonderful town) and then drove on E of Santa Rosa on route 40 as we were heading east.

My husband was planning to travel out of state for work while we were in the Albuquerque area so I would be staying alone for two weeks. I was happy to find a place outside the city, but still convenient to shopping. This park is the most expensive we have stayed at so far, but we ended up with one of the best sites in the park. We were at the end of a row, with a shaded area above a round concrete table with a beautiful view of the Sandia Mountains. In all, we had a great experience at this park and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The park is small and therefore a little crowded. There are only two pet-friendly areas in the park and they are two adjacent fenced-in, sandy areas. With a busy park full of small dogs, it was difficult to find an opportunity to take my two larger dogs to the parks - we often had to take some walks around the paved roads to wait our turn. We did not use any of the facilities, but there is a very small laundry room, showers, fitness room, outdoor pool, and indoor hot tub.

“Email for reservations”
noted 1/9/2022
Their website states ‘email for reservations’ and thats it. No forms, no required fields, just send an email. So I sent a email requesting days during the balloon festival. I never received a reply. After a couple days I called them. Response: no we’re full.
Thank a lot!
Looks like a nice park….but I’ll never know
