Overall Rating
We needed to moved back to Arizona quickly and this was the only park that had availability at the time. This park is located about 1hr away west of Phoenix. It was off highway 10 and 5min away from the Palo Verde Nuclear plant. The residents are mainly workers from the plant. The park is dated and does not have restrictions on RV’s age. Site given to us was being utilized by the next door tenant so we had to find another spot. The sites were leveled. There is a convenient store, gas station and Western Union at the entrance of the park which serves as the front desk reception. There are no parks or walking trails nearby. Staff was difficult to get a hold of. Nice laundry facilities on-site but dated. Park residents were quiet and nice. Would stay here again, in a pinch. Verizon 4G LTE available. Price: $270 monthly excl. electricity.
