Incredibly sketchy. They have two pull through spots at the very front of the park. Everybody else is long term. Very old and dilapidated RVs junk cars. We waited too late to stop and had to take the first thing that was available. Staff was very friendly and they do have cameras on the front gate. The electric worked. There was one wa... more
Incredibly sketchy. They have two pull through spots at the very front of the park. Everybody else is long term. Very old and dilapidated RVs junk cars. We waited too late to stop and had to take the first thing that was available. Staff was very friendly and they do have cameras on the front gate. The electric worked. There was one water spigot to share between two spots which dripped and ran water all night.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Great, inexpensive place for full hookups near KC. Very good wifi - 76 MBPS down, 20 MBPS up - so different from most RV parks. Nice pull through with big old shade trees. No, it's not fancy and no other amenities, but we didn't come to KC for an RV resort. Some street noise, but its an urban... more

Overall Rating
This place is pretty run down and in need of work. It’s a place to park your rig and sleep, not to camp. No fire pits, no picnic table. In a sketchy part of town. The people who were working there was very kind and helpful. Never felt unsafe.
