Price is now $25.00. Nice campground with no utilities. Did not fish but they were there. Plenty of Moose scat. Great spots on the lake and stream.
Noise rated only because of large group near us. Some hwy noise.

1. Somewhat remote yet visited by many locals :).
2. The lake (pond) is stocked with rainbows. Best fishing is at the head of the lake by the highway - during the evening.
3. Can be BUGGY if no breeze.
4. You will also get various 4-legged visitors; usually a moose but have seen a few bears wander through the campground.
5. Tonsina Lodge is right down the road. Pretty decent Russian Food.
6. Serves as a starting point for rafting the Tonsina River or access to various ATV trails.
7. Closest store is at the top of the hill 5 miles away. There is another one in Kenny Lake (15 miles with gas station).
8. Cell coverage is hit/miss. Better once you get on top of the hill but provided by a local provider.
