“Rustic campground on the river with plenty of hiking”
This is a nice rustic campground with sites located around two small loops. Most sites have a bit of privacy and a few are right along the river. There is easy access to a nice set of hiking trails. There are 2 vault toilets which were fine.
Considering the location, the cell service on AT&T was excellent. There are a few towers located within the Rifle River State Recreation Area.
