Springhill North Recreation Site

We arrived a couple of hours before sunset, we found this nice secluded area in March 2020 (low season) you can park your van and walk a couple of feet to camp towards the river. The mountains provide shade in this area so expect to have no light earlier than other zones, there are some firepits very few trees, during the day it can be hot so an awning work wonders. Overall it is nice to have the river next to you, awesome sights. The only downside is tons of sun during the day and some military jets that fly through several times. I think if you drive further to the road there are some other spots in higher elevation but need to explore to confirm that.
