The drive here is very beautiful! The parking is just a big gravel parking lot. It's kinda ugly, but there's plenty of space.
There are more beautiful campsites up the road a ways if you can fit.

We actually stayed in site 1 for the 5-night limit and then moved over to the gravel lot for 3 nights and it was fine. Site 1 worked fine for our 5th wheel. The large gravel lot was huge and had plenty of space even at the end of July. It was pretty quiet other than other campers coming and going. We felt safe. The road in was well mai... more

We were going to park at a different dispersed site, but checked this one out anyway. The best thing about it is that there are Teton views. We actually were camped in the USFS gravel pit area, which had a big sign that campers were welcome. This is right at campsite #1. Most all the numbered sites were occupied when we arrived the Friday of Labor Day weekend, but just as you approach site #1 you will see signs for available parking in the USFS parking lot. Spot #1 is a pull through with Teton views. It’s super private when it comes to neighbors, but of course everyone drives by your site. We didn’t mind being the welcoming committee.
