They also said I needed a 48 hour pass, took a picture of my ID, and license plate, and said that they would bring the pass to me in the other lot. They never did. There are no signs saying where to park an RV or to go in and request a parking pass. Otherwise it was a fine place to stay for the evening.

Nice overnight parking, well lit, level parking lot in the rear of the casino. No through traffic on the parking area though shared with big rig trucks. They require RVs to get a parking pass, at no cost, from security inside the casino. For the of it appears that RVs can stay up to 3 nights.

I went to bed last night parked on the outer edge of the second to last row (per the RV Parking instructions). I got up this morning to find a truck parked on my driver's side in the incoming driving lane and another one is the parking space right next to me. I really don't understand why the trucks would park amongst the RVs unless there really was no other choice. The generator noise is quite annoying. Not sure why they run generators all night long anyway.
That said, I had a nice meal in the casino at the Taproom yesterday evening. And, most importantly, I felt safe to stay here and would do so again.

I stayed at Morongo Casino a few nights ago. It was VERY nice. So I decided to try my luck here. Meh. I got there late afternoon. The lot was fairly empty, so I drove around until I found a level spot, away from other RV's and Semi's. I settled in and my 9:00 I was surrounded by semi trucks, with generators running. I was too tired or lazy to move, and since the lot was crowded, I wasn't sure I could do any better.
It is about 100 yards from I-10, but traffic noise wasn't an issue because you couldn't hear traffic over the Semi's running all night. (For me, one loud generator is annoying; lots of them in the background is sort of like white noise, so it didn't keep me awake).
Someone in another review complained about burrs in the dog walk area, and I thought "what a petty complaint." That was until I walked my dog there. He limped back to the van and I pulled the burrs out of his feet pads and between his toes. When I got into my van, my sandals sounded like velcro as I walked onto the carpet. I had dozens of burrs buried in my soles, and as I moved, they detached and got embedded into the rub. I picked them out all night and all morning the next day. I'll be picking them out for days to come. They are about the size of a cooked rice grain, covered with tiny, hooked barbs. Nasty!

We came here specifically to ride out a very bad wind storm. The huge lot allowed us to park facing into the wind and use commercial trucks to block the gusts. Our cat is fascinated by semi trucks, so he also enjoyed this spot. We’d definitely stay here again, even if there wasn’t a wind storm.

Large lot in back of the casino. Plenty of room for big rigs - we had jacks down, slides out, no problem. Good AT&T signal. Some noise from I-10, but way better than many rest stops we’ve stopped at.
