This is a very nice, gated resort on golf course. Has a nice pool that is well-kept and a great shower/bath house connected to it. Individual showers with a dressing area were spotless. We watched firefighting helicopters fly in and out of the airport which is adjacent to the property.

On site for two months (reflected in rate). Very nice park for a long stay. Spacious sites, everything in top condition. Nice quiet park bordering a golf course ( also nice quality, if you play). Pleasant professional staff, very responsive, and the office will even receive mail and packages for you. The location is a bit distant from Spokane and other activities, but the trade off is worth it to get the space and the quality. We are full timers and work, so this was great. High quality WiFi on site, perfectly good for most needs, although not quite fast enough to stream, which is to be expected. Park is now called Deer Park RV Resort. Grocery, pharmacy etc. is close by, as are two county parks to hike and exercise.

Price reflects FHU, 50 amp site on large, level concrete pad. Pleasant, attractive resort with some amenities that were temporarily closed due to COVID. (We are self-contained and social distancing so no longer use campground bathrooms and showers.) Laundry area was clean with plentiful # machines. ($2.00/load W/D) We visited Spokane with many city attributes. Also biked around Deer Park, which is a small 'bedroom' community with services. Enjoyed biking the Spokane River Centennial Trail Which runs from Riverside State Park to Idaho border. Campground wi-fi was adequate for simple things but AT&T was excellent and we were able to utilize 5G with speeds in excess of 80 mbps. Verizon was about 2 bars. Would stay again. Resort is well-maintained and attractive.

A gated resort in a golf community. 90’ concrete pads with an additional patio area. Pretty landscaping but no real nature or trees. Sits 40 minutes outside of Spokane and there isn’t a ton to do right around the resort. Seems to be full of people who park here full-time.
